CG & Cindy

I have started my work in a language institute and still learning and adapting. I have to get up at 6.30am in the morning to travel to the institute. The system works in such a way that I will not know who my students are until the actual day and I have to teach them lessons that they have not already gone through. Hmm.. I am now an expert in explaining the “to be” verb.. hehee…

Yesterday, I led P&W for CG. It was my first time after 6 months and Cindy shared her heart for the last time. Cindy is going to return to Singapore on the 4th Dec… Haiz… We are going to MISS HER!!!

She has helped me so so much over here. I’ve enjoyed all the times with her… jogging, shopping, travelling, her “nagging”, her “detail-ness”, serving together, sharing life and the same bed =P, her cooking and for who she is… gosh, i feel sad typing this.. i will blog more about her when she leaves =P

Got it!

Thanks for the concerns and prayers! I’ve got the job!

The working environment seems pleasant to work in and  I will be starting work tomorrow.

I’m excited to meet new people through this teaching job. After the interview yesterday, i had to sit in to observe a class. I got to know a chef in a hotel. He was sharing with me about the food that he can cook. Hope that I can see him again to invite him to our place to try our cooking…of course, it will not be me cooking =)

Today is Dave’s birthday!

Cajon del Maipo

We visited other part of Santiago, cajon del maipo today.  This place is about 2 hours drive from our house. There are more pictures today (showing off my “new found love”…hehee)

I had a good talk with a few people in the trip tomorrow. I realised that the more i relate with the chileans, the more my burden grows for them. I need to be more diligent in studying my Spanish, still struggling to understand them. Please pray for me to learn fast! Oh i think that choom yam can catch Spanish fast… i told him that he has potential to remain here longer…hahahaa…
