I watched a travel and living show in which the host visited Spore. He ate mee pok dry with lots of chilli, chicken rice, chilli crab, steam shark, some malay and indian dishes… After watching that, i was inspired to cook instant hor fun but as you know, it’s not the same =(
I have a craving for green been soup but i dun have pandan leaves! Does anyone know how to cook green bean soup without pandan leaves? My sister told me that its not possible as it will be tasteless… any other way? Orange peel?
Oh another good new! I collected my Chilean ID today! It’s not difficult to obtain a job visa here.
Anyway I will not be blogging much (as if I had…hehee) cos i will be going camping and visiting a chilean friend in another part of Chile… so hopefully, i will post more pics in Mar…

Don’t need the pandan leaves one lah. Just use some brown sugar if you want the taste to be richer. You can cook some sago separately and add if you want. If there’s barley there, you can add as well. Green bean soup is a cooling dessert. Don’t take too much since it’s cold there.
